Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with SouthEast Entertainment (ABN: 90 462 722 584). By confirming a booking and making payment, the client agrees to the terms outlined below

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is only considered confirmed once payment has been received by SouthEast Entertainment.

  • Quotes are valid for the stated period only and may be withdrawn if payment is not received within that timeframe.

  • Dates are not guaranteed until payment is made.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Invoices will be issued with secure banking details for payment.

  • All prices are quoted in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund, at the discretion of SouthEast Entertainment.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (including weather, venue issues, or illness), SouthEast Entertainment will work with the client to reschedule where possible.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Any changes to event details (date, time, location) must be communicated as soon as possible.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees

5. Setup & Access

  •  The client is responsible for ensuring adequate access to the venue for delivery, setup, and collection of the photo booth.

  • A minimum clear space of 2m x 2m is required unless otherwise agreed.

  • Power access must be provided within reasonable distance of the setup area

6. Use of Equipment

  • All equipment remains the property of SouthEast Entertainment at all times.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the equipment is used responsibly by guests.

  • Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or tampering may result in repair or replacement costs charged to the client

7. Printing & Booth Operation

  • Guests must allow each photo strip to fully print before initiating another session.

  • Repeated misuse of the booth may result in temporary suspension to protect equipment

8. Downtime & Technical Issues

  • While every effort is made to ensure smooth operation, SouthEast Entertainment is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by power failure, venue restrictions, or unforeseen technical issues.

  • In the event of major equipment failure, an appropriate partial refund or credit will be offered at management discretion.​

9. Image Use & Privacy

  • By using the photo booth, guests consent to having their images captured.

  • Images may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

  • SouthEast Entertainment takes reasonable steps to protect client data and images.​

10. Liability

  • SouthEast Entertainment is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the photo booth, except where required by law.

  • The client agrees to indemnify SouthEast Entertainment against claims resulting from misuse of equipment or unsafe venue conditions.​

11. Force Majeure

  • SouthEast Entertainment is not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.​

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

13. Acceptance

  • By confirming a booking and making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
